the past few weeks have been really hectic. ever since our weekend trip to vegas, it's been nothing but brainstorming and more planning from our household.

the hair and make-up preview went off without a hitch. maria was awesome! she was very helpful and open to suggestions. my mom and aunt loved both hair and make-up! maria suggested some accessories which i am excited to try out.

rosalynne has been a lot of help to us. since ron and i haven't attended a lot of weddings, we are clueless when it comes to SOP's and sequencing. we only have several people to call and confirm their attendance.

i am dreading my wedding day! i am soooo nervous that i'm afraid i'll fall flat on my face!!

i hate this make-up hunt thing!!!! i booked someone to do our hair and she's pretty great but the make-up? the person that we had in mind is a horrible person!!!! God-awful horrible, snob, bitch tanan na! imbis na hinuon nga ako mag hire niya murag she made it so hard to make herself available ug dili gyud sya helpful! grrrrrrr!!!!!

my friends tricked me!!! hehe. i thought that i would be attending some sort of belated birthday celebration of teray and mark but lo and behold, it was actually a surpise bridal shower for me. haha. i have never had anyone throw me a surprise party before so it was such a pleasant surprise! tanya, joanna, teray and isang were all crazy enough to plan and connive! hehe. thanks a mucho lot to these girls for making that night extra special. kudos to tanya for the yummy food! i really appreciate what you girls did! Ü party nasad ta next week! this time, i'm throwing it for you guys.

time sure does fly. it felt as if it was only yesterday that me and stephanie talked in burger king. it is coming up fast, but i know we are still on track with all the planning stuff.

Well... 18 days!

all the dresses, barongs and invites arrived yesterday, intact and perfect! i was so happy that everything came out, how do i say it, normal? i finally tried on the dress and i almost choked up! i just need some undies to go with it.

the invites are all perfect! we just need to gather everything and mail it by monday next week. so many things to do! we just have to take it slow. hehe.

Countdown Timer

While waiting for people to leave (so i can borrow the freaking scanner), I installed the countdown timer above. cool huh? yep, that's 29 days to go!

we're still waiting for the dresses to arrive. we're also waiting for the invites and barong. just thinking about it overwhelms be but i have to constantly assure myself that everything is manageable.

i found several great make-up people online. their work looked very promising and their rates too! i just have to scour some more.

yeey! lordy just confirmed that he'll be playing the guitar for the mass. i am soo happy! now both lordy and chantalle are confirmed. i just have to put the misalette together to make everything happen.

i am waiting for mom to get home so that we can go to the mall and pick up a dress for the wedding. the place is so beautiful. i cannot wait to get married there.

we picked up our wedding license. so surreal. now, all we need is just a signature from a revered as well as two witnesses!! we can't wait!!!
